I think Pedersen is showing his rainbow jersey was not necessarily his only one. He's still a young rider, and although circumstances were suiting him very well in Harrogate, he was not a champion by chance.

He said in an interview after winning Worlds last year, that his dream race to win, would be a Paris-Roubaix in a complete mud bath :p

I expect him to be a candidate for winning both that and Flanders this year.

If memory serves me, he won Roubaix as a junior.

Nice parcours for today's TT, but a bit short. No rain, but some mud on the road sides and some wet patches. Almost no wind.

Are the intermediate times reliable?
Both Steimle and Terpstra lost a lot in the second part.

I'm curious to see what MVDP can do here. Quite technical descent towards the end, should favour him. Though I think both Kragh and Pedersen will beat him. Küng the big favourite, though it may be a bit short for him.

I think MVDP will murder this course. Nice to see Steimle doing well. He really likes these short, technical ITTs and got a lot of power.
