Book featured in "A Ride With George"???

In the final minutes of the documentary "A Ride with George," the narrator hands Hincapie a cycling book and asks him what the caption would be that appeared with the title of his chapter.

The book actually looked really cool, and I'm wondering if anyone knows the name of it, and the author? Would you post it please, if you do?

I think it may have been the Michael Barry book, "Inside the Postal Bus". The latest printing has an add'l. chapter where the 'big blue bus' pulls over and Uncle Johan gets the blood bags out. (Not as kid-friendly as the prior edition.)
