We know (from James Huangs' reports) that the Mavic guys are riding a special, stronger, wider aero wheel for the classics. That is what Van Summeren and Husovdt were on last year and that is what Vanmarke won Het Volk on. Question is, are the Zipp 303s standard issue or specially made for the classics teams?
My guess is that we will see Boonens Box section rims again this season. If not for Flanders then certainly for Roubaix.
