botox for headache?

I started getting headache after cycling. It usually starts after an hour and it seemed to go away at first when I take tablets. But last time it occured like a chronic migraine. I consulted many doctors but medications could prevent them for temporary only. I have heard about botox headache treatments which are said to be effective for severe headaches. A friend of mine suffers same problem and she also says about going for a treatment. Anyone else got this problem planning to get a botox treatment?
