This is a hard route for cars to overtake a peloton and that's one of the widest stretch of road. The car was a bit too close but the Cofidis rider was also looking around and not paying attention.

The riders were to the right and one car had passed. Make me think they had honked and made noise that cars were coming through, but a few riders swerwed over to the left.

The second car braked, because they saw what was about to happen, but the riders came over on the left. There was not much they could in that situation in the car.

It is just unfortunate.

Because of the way he races. I guess some people can ignore the issues he has with his personality because of that.
