What has national team to do with this? Remco is clear leader for the upcoming years anyways with the given parcours'. No way he just gifts it to Van Aert, even if he had the opportunity. Doubt Wout even wants that

You haven't been watcnig then, because Wout doesn't appear to need a "bone" to win today. He covered Remco's attack with ease.
