Its horrible. Producers gonna start doing a better job. I honestly couldnt give a rats ass about seeing Adam after the finish when there's still fighting for top-10 going on. I just assume he was happy, and guess what, he was pretty happy, but we didn't get to watch the rest of the race.
The 2022 race was the perfect form-guide for this years edition - A.Yates nearly dropped Pogacar and Van Aert on that first climb in the last lap and he was facing lesser competition in 2023 - It was just a matter of if he had the same level as in 2022.

It's insulting every time they do it in a one day race imo. Everyone is fighting for a top 10 (even top 20 here) and the TV director decides to show a winner drinking some ketones or water. They do this all the time, in RVV this year for example, they didn't show 9th and 10th coming in.
Here they forget to show 8th till 15th and then they do show 16th till 24 or something.

There's even a pretty simple solution:
Split screens.
Just show the riders coming in on the "main screen" and the celebratory scenes in a smaller insert down in the corner.
