I smell some upstart on twitter trying for a bit of publicity for what seems to be (maybe) selling website development.

That twitter account is only a couple of months old, and hardly used.
The website is basically a shell, which points to a gmail address.
There is no registered company or business name of that name in Australia (though it could be anywhere for that matter...the domain name is registered in Panama).

Cyclists are not well-paid in comparison to other sports. All the more reason not to have fly-by-night companies using them with neither permission nor payment in advertising their products. What happens if the dye from the clothing is shown to be carcogenic? Sue them for all they are worth.
