Froome confirmed for Israel Premier Tech for 2025.
indeed, the surprise will be to see him extending is contract, by the end of next year.when he signed he signed until end 2025, no suprise there
You can't count me as a Sky fan or a big follower of Chris Froome. Those qualifications aside he must absolutely love racing to continue 3 week races knowing his form is in the past. It's a tough row to hoe, for sure.when he signed he signed until end 2025, no suprise there
they should send him only to X.2 races. He's training hard for that illusive lineup at the Tour (of Rwanda).

I'm not sure "surprise" quite covers the reaction I'd have to anyone signing him again, let alone IPT extending him.indeed, the surprise will be to see him extending is contract, by the end of next year.
Thinking the same thing, can only figure that there are informal agreements on pay, Froome has some marketing attraction for sure, and his performance is slightly above union minimum but if anyone is giving more than @$100,000 per year, absolutely crazy. Majority of press coverage for Froome goes in many common directions.. What is he doing? What are they doing? When will he leave? Why is he still racing despite the obvious.. He is really riding like a place holder, no expectations and everyone talks about him like he is taking up space. IPT has a weird trajectory as if winning is not all that importantI'm not sure "surprise" quite covers the reaction I'd have to anyone signing him again, let alone IPT extending him.
I think this is the most I've ever seen him riding out of the saddle, he maybe too old now to be doing the eggbeater? He's training hard for that illusive lineup at the Tour (of Rwanda).

Well, something is different. Just doesn’t motor up the hill the way he used to.I think this is the most I've ever seen him riding out of the saddle, he maybe too old now to be doing the eggbeater?

The dawg dropping el pistolero!
Hard work always pay off, after getting the hard miles.
The fifth is coming.
Contador has been enjoying the cafe stops along the ride.Looks like Alberto has been enjoying his steaks without Clen in them. #metoo
People still want to watch Mike Tyson. He's the Mike Tyson of cycling
Is that a question or a statement?People still want to watch Mike Tyson.
I try and use punctuation to tip folks off.Is that a question or a statement?
Dude was a statue out there.ouch lol
Honestly though, Mike looks CTE to my eye and shouldn't be in the ring even in an exhibition capacity. I've heard interviews with him in recent years and didn't understand this to be an issue. So no, I don't want to see him fight again and is probably more cringe than watching Froome.
