No, every country in the top-whatever of the UCI time trial ranking gets to send 1 rider, and if you had a rider in the top-10 of the Worlds this year you get another.just some guy said:Nope - GB Australia and Germany will have 2 after the WC I think top 10 gives you a rider and if 2 then you get 2 .
