Félix Rafael Cárdenas Ravalo (d.o.b. Bogotá, 24 november 1972) new líder of the RCN.

With almost 48 million people, Colombia has the second largest population of
any Spanish-speaking country in the world behind Mexico. Colombia is projected
to have a population of 50.7 million by 2015. Today 37% of the population is under 15
years old, compared to just 5.1% aged 65 and over. Capital is Santafé de Bogotá an
independent district. The average temperature in Bogotá is 14.0 °C. The official highest
recorded temperature ever is 24.9 °C and −7.2 °C the lowest. Bogotá is the largest city
with a pops of almost 10 million and surpassed Tokyo of late on the largest world wide
city index to 14th spot where New York hovers around 19th.

Colombia has the third largest economy in South America behind Brazil and
Argentina. Colombia is the 26th largest country by area and the 27th largest
by population in the World. The country is very ethnically diverse, and the
interaction between descendants of the original native inhabitants, Spanish
colonists, Africans brought as slaves and twentieth-century immigrants from
Europe and the Middle East has produced a rich cultural heritage.

54% of Colombians still live below the poverty line from which 21% live in
"extreme poverty". It is estimated that by 2012, Colombia will be producing a
million barrels oil a day by the end of 2012. The world's second biggest bank
HSBC has created a economic outlook for the next decade where Colombia
is seen playing a decisive role in the global economy.

Being in the middle of the planet, on the Equator, Colombia enjoys sunlight all year round. Because of its geographic location, Colombia has no seasons. Nature crystallized paradise called Colombia, where sea and jungle fuse into one of the most spectacular natural landscapes on earth. Breathing the perfect atmosphere for resting, dreaming and creating that elixir, where people don't age, earmarked forever young.

With a little respect for Sunday and in the run up for whats to come a speedy stage is planned for today and about to start.

Looking at GC now, Niño Sevilla, IDRD team captain is second overall with the same time as compadre Gato Cárdenas,
while first lieutenant Ivan Casas who finished 5th yesterday ranks 24th at 35 sec, Bryan Ramirez is 28th at 36 sec as where
Bogotano team members Juan Pablo Wilches and Freddy Gonzales with tons of wise stewardship are well positioned 39
and 40 at 40 and 41 sec respectively.

The best way to discribe the face off as its unfolding right now is what could be seen along the road yesterday in Bolivar.

At stake on a beautiful Sunday:

mmm.jpg

With the race in progress 2 boni sprints out of 4 are done

Pérez gained 5 sec - Cárdenas 2 sec and Sevilla 1 sec.

Meaning that Gato leads Pérez and Sevilla now with 1 second.

Gonna be a nice finish today
