Andre Darrigade of the French Bicycling Team leads during the final stage of the 1960 Tour de France in the Parc des Princes cycle track. The 21st and last stage of the Tour ran between Troyes and Paris.

Makes you wonder though, is trying to escape a workable tactic, or is Riccò just double plus stupid? Ah, gotta love the drama of cycling.
