Commenting gone on the website?

Just read a couple articles today and noticed the comments section is gone. Bug? Feature? Just curious, no biggie at all.

There are comments, but they're hard to find through all the ads, because when you scroll down new ads will load and then again new ads etc. Basically you have to wait a while for the whole page to load before the comments will actually show.

The comments are still there for me: they don't automatically show up immediately below the article as before, but if you click the "Comments" button it opens a separate page with the comments (if there are any). But I'm not using the app, so perhaps it's different there?

I see them again now. For several days I did not.

I see it on mobile but not on the desktop. Chrome, OSX.

Figured it out, it's my ad blocker. Sneaky. But no comments is fine.
