Contador's TT Riding Technique

Hey, Does anyone know why Contador makes a slight hop off his saddle every 3 or 4th pedal stroke during his time trial. I just noticed it as he was leaving the tunnel in the TDF TT Monoco.

ive no idea, in all the excitement i failed to notice such detail..
