Probably something to do with the naming conventions of Comoros (any experts in the naming conventions of Comoros around?)
I guess it can be either patronymic name (he's an Irhamdine who is a son of another Irhamdine), or he only has one name and the form requires him to have two, so it got repeated.
I talked about a cyclist name Samai (and only Samai), a few years back in this thread, in his case it is the later. Samai is not Comorian, but as far as I know people from Comoro also don't always have surname, or any second name at all.
