Cracked PSLR1 Aero Wheels

The black fairing on these wheels is cracked.
Wondering if they are structural and holding the spokes or if it's cosmetic and some good carbon glue will do the job?

Link below shows the crack. 1 wheel is over one spoke length. The other across 3.

There’s no nipple so it’s not structural. I can’t see the braking surface but I’m pretty sure it’s one of the older models with an aluminium brake track? If so then this is just a faring and can be glued up and used. I’d get the spoke tension checked though as it’s possible that some flex has caused the cracks and it’ll keep happening.
