ok.. so its not road really, but then its not track, its not mtb, its not anything.. there isnt a section for record attempts at going from lands end to john o groats on a tandem involving one track rider and a rower.... :/

James has always been a nice guy trapped inside the body of someone with slightly derranged tendencies. I am sure that's what made him such an awesome rower and why he now continues to fill his time up with these wacky adventures. :)

Rebecca is one of the nicest people you will ever ever meet - but she has a will of steel. One of the reasons she switched from rowing (Silver in Athens)to cycling was that she felt she was going to be better supported to win Gold. All credit to the GB track guys for having the belief that they could make this happen.
