Will be interesting if they keep it that way, I can never decide if it‘s more OTL-worthy to be dropped a million miles out or to ride the final 25 k so slowly that you miss the time cut. But, you know, the rules are the rules.

The CdD website shows Denz‘s deficit as 20‘08“ instead of 20’24“ like PCS which would mean he would be inside the time limit.
On ESPN 4 immediately after the race they went to women's field hockey and I watched for a bit to see if Froome will come in before halftime
Nice win by Cort. Thought the leader was going to hang on.

A guy whose father was a good middle-distance runner, I think.
But it wasn’t the finishing section where he lost contact but rather on an earlier climbing segment. I think whether he can be there will have more to do with how hard teams push in the lead up to the finale.

Uno set Cort up pretty well, especially after bringing him up to the front. Not sure how far back Primoz was surfing but it was too far. Matteo is surely not hiding.Cort! I was really hoping that Jorgenson could grab it. Primo looking OK.
The mist/fog was a nice touch.

Apparently the time limit was 10% (20:10) and Denz came in 2 second ahead of the cut (20:08).

It seems like his time has been corrected on both PCS & the Dauphiné site to 20:08 down. With the OTL at 20:10.
He clearly had a lot of margin so need to stress eh.
