Remco should win tomorrow. Perfect climb for him!
Normally Pogi, due to absence of Rogla. In between Remco and Jonas it will be interesting to see, likely Remco if the knee won't cause too much issues.

Are they? Because they won the sprint in stage 1 where he did more work? I’m not so sure the others are fasterHis problem is getting rid of the 2 others - who are both faster than him on the line![]()
I wouldn't bet on Remco to beat them in a sprint, but I think he's got a reasonable chance. I do think the other two have historically been a bit better. He's no slouch in a sprint, and fatigue will often be the determining factor. Are they? Because they won the sprint in stage 1 where he did more work? I’m not so sure the others are faster
Think Pogi is still faster than Remco. Jonas' sprint looks sharp but normally, I still have Remco faster than him.Are they? Because they won the sprint in stage 1 where he did more work? I’m not so sure the others are faster

I can’t remember a lot of sprints between Vingegaard and Evenepoel to be honest. Same goes for with Pogacar and Evenepoel. Real h2h sprintsBecause they have always been faster than him, both in flat sprints and especially when it comes to uphill kick.
He has improved from when it was a specific handicap for him, but he is still just above average on finishing speed - and neither Pogacar nor Vingegaard are average.
was that the Vuelta he cracked & lost over 30 minutes?Let's not forget how Remco demolished Vingo in the stage where he crashed into a lady photographer after crossing the line. La Vuelta I believe
Will they let Lipo in the breakaway?
It was La Vuelta where he won King of Mountain and three stages, and like I said crushed Vingo in stage 3.was that the Vuelta he cracked & lost over 30 minutes?
I expect full gas on Mont saxoness, and a small group in the start of the final climb. That final climb is hard enough to make a difference, and knowing Pogacar (like we all do) I am guessing he wants to get revenge over his ITT performance - and wants to be in control before the queen stage saturday.
Whether it's possible and he can drop the others, your guess is as good as mine.
Vingegaard and Evenepoel on the other hand, I think prefer to ride it conservatively and save as much as they can for Saturday, but they may not get their wish.
