I don't quite agree to the monuments analogy.

The "top" is wider in the monuments (especially when you consider all 5)

In stage racing there is only 2 (3 if you add flat'ish stage races (and Evenepoel)).

Oh, I definitely think Jonas is better than yesterday, I'm simply talking about my observation of the two riding. Jonas looks full gas to me, Tadej looks like he could have ridden 30 seconds faster if he wanted to. Just my .02 mind you.
