Anyone who races seriously gets it.forty four said:my last crash my stem slammed into my chest breaking ribs in the upper chest and my drop bar poked deeply into my abdomen making a contusion of the abdominal wall no pancreas damage luckily as that is what got hit. physically i could ride but racing would have been difficult at best. i feel for these guys they train all year for this so if they drop out you can assume there hurt bad enough.
