How do you factor in retroactive bans? Contador number seems low, so I'd guess those days are not included, which is fair enough I think. Do you count those days for people who were second at the time? And what about voided races?

Contador usually takes the jersey late, but then keeps it all the way (haven't ever lost a leader's jersey in a GT). I count those who were in the jersey at the time. 'Officially' Contador has fewer in the Tour and Giro, and Nibali two more IIRC in the Giro.
