Only the very end though - they've got an hour for a recap of Friday and Saturday (and possibly show some of tomorrow's stage, not sure) and then 15 minutes for the end of the race.

Ive been asking myself the same cause on youtube there's the video with highlights of each stage and the weather on the 3rd seems just fine.
