delay timer on spam reporting

Could the delay timer on spam reporting be removed please. I'm not going to keep reporting spam if the forum forces me to sit there and wait for up to 30 seconds every time I try to report two things in the same thread/quickly report one after the other. Tagging @SHaines

Yup, that whole click, you must wait another 15 seconds, click, you must wait three more seconds, click, success thing is mildly annoying. If they have to keep it they need to change the dialogues and add some sort of random koan wisdom to distract me until the clock's run down. Or even just a joke or two.
