I have followed the race. Please enlighten me as to what any of those teams did.
You've gone down the use internet route of dismissing a post without providing contrary evidence.

But on the flip side, have we noticed Rabobank, Lampre, Milram, Footon, BBox or Astana?
Lampre: Bole was up there in the stages that suited him. Kashechkin did about as well as could be expected but he was pretty invisible.Mambo95 said:I have followed the race. Please enlighten me as to what any of those teams did.

Libertine Seguros said:Dominik Roels has been in the break more often than anybody in the race. Johnnie Walker has become a cult hero, and the inexplicable cameraman's favourite (a bit like Yannick Talabardon in 2008).
Libertine Seguros said:Lampre also won a stage - stage 7 with Petacchi. Robert Förster placed in a few sprints but not too well. Manuel Cardoso got a couple of top 5s.
Rabobank paced the péloton all day en route to Pal only for Menchov to get dropped early.

Oh right, completely forgot about Petacchi. Clearly I'm not CONI material.Libertine Seguros said:Lampre also won a stage - stage 7 with Petacchi. Robert Förster placed in a few sprints but not too well. Manuel Cardoso got a couple of top 5s.

I meant all those teams have featured in the race, sent riders in breaks, some even placed riders in the top 10 in the sprints.
I was gutted when Sky pulled out, too, for a very good reason, but the race was great even without RS.
Mambo95 said:What I meant is - you said not 'if I'd followed the race'. But you didn't state which bits of the race I have missed which make my statement irrelevant.
I'm quite happy to be shown wrong, as LS has shown with regards to Lampre.
However, you have fallen into the usual internet trap of dismissing a comment without stating why it is wrong.
If I were to call you an idiot, I would back it up with evidence to show that. But I haven't got that evidence, so I will not call you an idiot.

Andalucia-Cajasur were pretty disappointing too. Even though their team is pretty weak, I only remember one of their guys in the break once (seriously).

Says everything from my point of view

Barrus said:They were in quite a few breaks, probably most of the breaks in the first week and in a few other breaks the other weeks, often even with two riders
