I mean, it was pretty obvious something was fishy. He was above 7 W/kg the whole time.

The most ridiculous thing about watching this is the cadence of the avatars, while the riders are almost falling of their trainers, lol.

Well, the BR awards for set-up:

Most sportive: Kwiatkowski
Best holiday-feeling: Rojas
Best style: Dillier
Sweetest: Frank
Most ineffective: Roglic

Why is Roche so good at this? He won today, was second the other day and was third in the Flanders race. Could it be a calibration issue or is he simply riding very ineffectively in the real races?

It really makes you wonder. He would have to be pretty ineffective... But most of the Sunweb riders in general seem to be in pretty good shape this spring on- and offline.
Also, I've been thinking about the geographical distribution of the well placed riders. I don't know where Roche is at the moment. But it looks like the Australian and US-riders are pretty good at this digital racing. Is it because there is some technical advantage of not being in Europe? Is Dennis an Outlier? Or are their handling skills simply really not suited for European roads?
(I hope the season resumes before these questions are fully answered...)

Also the fact that all avatars have pretty much the same build. Surely it should be possibly to insert your height and weight, and then the platform could come up with an avatar that looks at least somewhat like your actual size.
