I assume it has to do with using different browsers (not the error but why some see it and some do not)
Because I tried it on Chrome which is what Zam seems to have and I got that error but on Internet Explorer I do not.

Indeed it is now accessible via Chrome, it seems as if L'arriviste's link was the problem all along...
