Unsure of the contract Cadel has with Silence Lotto, but does he need to finish outside the top ten, to prompt a move to a stronger team, and.... where would he go, Could Rabobank or High Road be a better team, maybe the competition of a couple of riders within the team(s) that have potential to finish in the top ten may make him hungry(ier) for the GC. Astana have shown what can be achieved with a strong leadership group, but I remember the drama's T Mobile had with Ullrich, Klodeon, and Vinikorouv(??)

Poll is not inclusive enough. I think Cadel should stay with Silence-Lotto. He has a good bunch of riders supporting him, but they are young and a little inexperienced. But they will get there. They had bad luck with Kohl and Dekker, lost the plot with letting Horner go, and bought a dud in Popovich. Hopefully will have better luck next year.

Please read the 'Think before you start a thread' thread. There is already a discussion there about Cadel and is inept team so this is just a duplicate.
