Parrulo said:some quotes
"very hard stage, 250k and 7 hours and 20 minutes on the saddle so almost a san-remo"
"i am in great condition, i was very well in argentina and oman so i arrived here on a very good condition. today was a very hard stage peter has been fantastic, i have done third, it would have been better for GC if i could have done second (implying bones seconds ofc)"
"i am very happy, all the guys did great which is good cus it means we are doing well, agnoli, oss, sagan. . . ." gets interrupted by the journalist that asks " sagan is riding very well what did you think when he passed you?"
nibbles laughs and unfortunately i didn't got much of what he said but he did say "peter is very instinctive" so despite being a little disappointed for not winning himself he doesn't appear to be mad with sagan at all more like disappointed about his own performance. with the very instinctive part i think he means sagan is still very young and sometimes lets himself be a little too much carried away by the thrill of the win and doesn't think about the team tactics like he should, but like i said he didn't appear to be mad at all.
then he says that win and a bad start ruined the TTT for him and that tomorrow is a day for him and he will try to do everything even tho horner is riding very well.
i hope i was helpful, italian is only like my 4th languagecould any italian speaking fellow correct my miss interpretations please
El Pistolero said:If this keeps up I'm 100% sure Nibali will leave Liquigas. Unless Liquigas let Sagan go which would be stupid.
maxmartin said:rumor is Nibbles will move to Astana next year
Parrulo said:that rumour is about 1 year and a half old already. he won't leave liqui, basso will soon retire and they will simply send sagan to race where nibali isn't in case they are not getting along.
like i said last year when that rumour first showed up, nibali is the fan favourite of the italians on the strongest italian team that does everything with him in mind( 1 ride by sagan doesn't suddenly changes that) astana doesn't has a nearly as strong support as liqui, isn't italian and has kreuziguer who left because he didn't want to ride for nibali and basso despite both of them being stronger then him.
Netserk said:If it wasn't for Sagan, Nibbles would have won tour of Oman (2 stages where Sagan cost him seconds).

hfer07 said:What I cannot comprehend is that Basso gets to choose the better domestiques over Nibali-there is just this lack of coordination on who's priorities should be embraced & what needs to be done to get the best of the situation. Basso just failed massively in P-R while Nibbs should have had a stronger team to support him in the TTT...
As far a s rumors go- I also heard he was contacted by "Sky"...
Parrulo said:they just need to start sending sagan with basso instead of sending him with nibali, basso hardly ever wins anyway
Parrulo said:as for moving to astana, i guess money would be the only thing they can offer that liqui can't. and what support does astana has? brajkovic and kreuziguer are supposed to be leaders atm and i highly doubt they will enjoy working for nibali and other then them they have tiralongo. . . . sorry but i would choose the liquitrain over astana faster then a blink of an eye.
Martina said:Kreuziger has contract only till the end of this season and I doubt he will want to stay there.

Parrulo said:i guess basso still has some sort of status inside the team but he usually only takes smydz with him while nibali takes agnoli and cappechi, which didn't happen for TA this as cappechi went to PN.
