It didnt work the first time and I had to post a link to their website. Here is a picture I found about my current bike. Its seems like many of you post about Colnago's, what about this Italian?

Pretty nice there Pete, it looks fast standing still.

From a personal standpoint I tend to gravitate towards Colnago because the last team I raced for we were Colnago equipped, they are just simply the best racing bikes made, Ernesto's designs have been copied the world over since he began building. The only other Italian bike I would buy would be a custom steel Pegoretti. Unfortunately Battaglin has never been on my radar, Wilier, Guerciotti, Fondriest, Kuota, Bianchi, Pinarello, De Rosa, Tommasini ...etc. They all offer pretty decent bikes.

Not a bad trade, an affair for a all out bike buy. I call it even.

True enough...lol...for such a bike, especially the colnago, I would give it serious consideration...and just think of all the extra ride time then available!

Well, I decided not to go with the Colnago, when it came down to the $ I just could not justify it. I really do like the bike but...... for half the $ I was able to pick up a new 2011 Cervelo S3 w/sram red. I have placed the order and should have the new ride in a week.

Also, there is no Colnago dealer in Tassi so that was another factor to consider. I will post a pic of the new ride once she is all built.

Congratulations. I would have gone for the Darth Vader Tie Fighter that you posted earlier, but the S3 should ride nice. You can always replace the groupset with Record when you tire of SRAM (grin).

Ray Appleby used to sell them here, don't know if that has changed in the last year or two. If they don't already have an exclusive local distributor, I'd be very surprised if the importer refused to sell through your favourite local shop...

Always nice to have more fancy bikes on the roads of our little island, will keep my eyes peeled for you when I'm up north...

Tell the wife you need a new/bigger/different stem, 3t make a "Limited" series above the the Team which is black with a white stripe
