There are many names that come to mind, when you think about notorious dopers a lot of whom haven't even been caught or linked to PEDs.

But one simply can't argue that the top 2 spots belong to Marita Koch and Jarmila Kratochvilova.

We will likely never see doping taken to such an extent ever again. (unless you watch the Mr. Olmypia competition that is )
