Sounds like phone taping to me and trying to bust a network like the guys in Serbia a while ago who made millions selling PEDs to elderly wannabe sporting heroes. Also not illegal in Spanish law to take PEDs but selling and hiding the profits are, if I remember correctly.

I’m not watching their broadcasts but I’m pretty certain they wouldn’t mention it.
