EBH to become the next Luca Paolini.

Neither fish nor good red meat.
Ellingworth on EBH:

“He was sick. The last few days up in Tenerife, he’d been sick. He felt really quite weak,” Sky’s performance manager Rod Ellingworth told VeloNews.

It's not even been a week since then. To be honest I think he was far better than expected today. He'll most likely be much better already in G-W.

EBH: Have in mind that he was sick a week ago, had foodpoisoning.

But one thing I do think is weird is that when he came to sky, he was one of the greatest talents in cycling. Now, hes just a little more than a mediocre cyclist and strugles to get the big wins.

But Im not surprised if I see him getting waterbottles for G, Hayman and Stannard in flanders and P-R

Fabu! Fabu!!!! The Hard Man is back :) Some folks call him a one trick pony but I think he has 2......destroy them to get the gap and then TT 36 km while they cry behind.

Shame crashes ruined his season last year but he is looking good :) RvV calls!

Look, we have to put things on context.

People thought that he would dominate classics, win sprints and the TDF. (/s)
He is not at "Andy" level, and he looks like a hard working man. Maybe in the 60's he would've been great, but he just lacks the engine or that "edge" on any category (sprints, hills, etc) to be close to win a big race.

I like him, really, but he needs to try and specialize at something. He must stop throwing his carrer away. He was the only one close to Cav in 2011 tour sprints, he should focus on that and become a "strong" sprinter.

The sooner he realizes he isn't Sagan or Kelly, the sooner he will start to win. Just not the 5 monuments...
I get all this, what I don't get is how this means he's a massive failure. Most riders never win a monument, that doesn't mean they are all failures. And all the talking up comes from everyone except EBH himself.

not good, but in fairness only 100 riders finished the race.

May soft riders these days,
And, the nicest thing is MTN was not invited.

Nice win by Fabian. Boonen will be ready in nine days.

Yes, it comes from the entire nation of Norway ;)

Yes it does. But sooner or later I think Eddy is going to win something huge. Im afraid not in sky, as they seem to favor the british riders.

Ya Beauty :D:D

Amazing that such an overrated rider could smash over 30km 5 great riders working very well together :D

Not really.. Thomas took few turns. Oss saved himself mostly. They didn't ride very well in that group really.

Great win as you say though.
