It was all over the second Sagan stood up to begin his sprint, just charged clear of them all.

Great ride from Sagan, he attacked, made the front group, dropped Degenkolb and controlled all the way to the end. Hats off!

Great finish, Sagan showing his class and Thomas showing that he can challenge if he stays on his bike.

Very good race, classy win by Sagan.

Thomas already in good form, after the crash.

Lotto a bit disappointing.

Sagan the 2nd strongest today. He deserved this win. Lotto should be ashamed of themselves
Really, what a bunch of idiots. I used to like Gallopin but after today I'm not so sure.

It's a classic, not the Tour.
That's another reason. A top10 in the Tour might be important for sponsors; a top10 in a semi classic is not.

That really was a fantastic day of racing. Nonstop attacking and racing. Awesome win for Sagan, and really great riding by Cancellara also. If only he hadn't been delayed by the crash. Probably strongest rider on the day.

Helped he didn't have to drop the strongest rider.

Yup, people always complain. If there is no racing the riders are cowards, if there is racing they are heroes, unless their favourite rider get's caught out, then they are cowards again.

I think Terpstra deserves a big mention, after that solo number 2 days ago again so strong today..

Exactly. I can understand some of the riders not giving their everything, considering there's a lot of racing to come. Not everyone's a Cancellara.

I don't care how cooked Terpstra was (and how cooked he was, really, taking 2nd place in the sprint). He should have tried, if only to make Vandenbergh's chances a wee bit better.
