The day will come that Pogacar drops both of them for good on one of these hills. Could still be today, if he has one last bomb on Karnemelkbeekstraat.
And on that day, people will still tell me Boonen wouldn't get dropped like a brick by Pogacar and de Ronde isn't geared to much lighter riders than it used to be.

We clearly missed Ganna setting the record time on Oude Kwaremont before waiting half a minute for Kung and co

Not sure if its all that smart, but gotta respect van Aert taking his pulls while beeing obviously the weakest of the three
He might be the weakest but if those three stay clear the race is likely to end in a sprint. And he definitely has a decent shot in that scenario.

Woutie surviving Kwaremont like that was highly impressive, but Mathieu should be the favourite now shouldnt he.

Lets see!

After the climbs are over Pogacar should surely gamble and stop pulling, he's not beating these guys in a sprint.

G2 and G3 are coming together

He does not sprint that well in hard races like this. I think his goose is cooked even if he hangs on.

Honestly the more I think of it the more likely I think it is that the front three will eventually stall and something like Kragh winning will happen.

Edit: ok I did not realize how big the gap alrealdy was...

Sprint should after such a race should be Mathieu, Wout and Pogacar in my mind, but everything is still up in the air
