Mirrors my sentiments exactly. It would add some real excitement if someone broke through with the legs and cleverness to make a race of it near the end.I hope someone like Oier Lazkano, Arnaud De Lie, Wellens,... will win this race (or at least feature in the finale), and, as the winner of E3 is often top favourite / winner of the Ronde, I hope more than one of those will feature very deep in the finale of RVV.
I would like WvA to finally win RVV or Paris-Roubaix, but I won't be excited watching another MvdP (or MvdP vs WvA) dominated race.
Yes, also Steimle, who won last week out of a break..Herzog in the break, I do like that.
Strong tailwind by the looks of it so a chance of echelons when they make the turn then a headwind to the finish.Average speed of 50.1 in the first 1:30. About to be an early finish.

Nice, proper spring classic weather! Not that much wind.
Sunday on the other hand will be absolute carnage.
I don’t like the tactic of going very slow uphill and then accelerating.Gonna be a full on downhill bunch sprint towards the Kortekeer cause after that moving up will be pretty hard.
MVDP to open it on the Taaienberg à la Boonen...
ohhh....it's like he's here in the room with us....almost spookyIn my Jens Voight impression: "The breakaway might have a chance today!"
