Does anyone own (or tested) an ElliptiGo Stand Up Bike?

I have several pelvic issues that are just getting worse with age so I'm looking for something that doesn't require siting on a seat. My plan is to ride my dirt rig every other day, and a SUB every other day. A SUB would also be a good option when the trails aren't good in the winter.
I'm not opposed to an elliptical bikes per se, but I'm even less sure about them than SUBs. Street Strider makes what is basically a Nordic ski machine on wheels that might be an option too.
