Possibility a deal has been made between Stybar and Stannard. Probably best for Stannard as with the slightly uphill run-in to the line his only other chance would be to pull a de Bonis.

Too late, there goes Styby.

Stybar's got it, great win for him, stage and overall.

That was a great stage, now I'm off for a ride.

Good win for Stybar, but hugely impressive from Stannard too.

Being a super strong duracell bunny who will not die and who will put in huge turns and huge moves, but who just lacks that last weapon to convert those strong rides into wins, is becoming his calling card.

Absolutely. They should always do this + add a good limburg stage with some nice climbs next year as well

yeah, gotta make racing exciting. Drop the idea of going to every city if the terrain is dull etc.

Stronger wind on one of the flat stages would have made this race perfect.

Another superb stage!

Brilliant ride by Stybar, fantastic effort from Stannard and Chapeau to Tom Dumoulin who was just beaten by the stronger man at the end.

This Eneco Tour is the first one to even remotely live up to the racing the region allows.

I want a really hilly TT next year. Or even a cobbled one (Oudenaarde to Brakel, for example).
