I am watching my favourite comedy and wondering what are your favourite TV shows? Mine are:

Two and a Half Men
CSI (original and New York, not Miami)

+1 for Seinfeld.

I get all my news from "The Daily Show" and "Colbert Report".

Cartoons - "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy"

Dramas - "CSI", "Defying Gravity", "House" and "Fringe"

Reality - "Man vs. Wild"

..... guess I need to get on the bike more and watch less TV!

+ 2 on Seinfeld. I seem to get sucked in to "24" every year. I have a weakness for the cloak and dagger, spy vs. spy stuff.

New season starts this Friday. Love the show. Seinfeld does it for me as well, and when it was on, and I quite enjoyed OZ, even though some of the scenes were abit hard to watch. I used to like Family Guy before it became ****, and I have watched a lot of the Simpsons, but out of the three, I would go for Futurama as my personal favourite.

I don't follow any particular show, must be on the net too much. I do like Dragons Den and will watch that if it happens to be on. I watched a few boxed sets of The Sopranos and Curb Your Enthusiasm and thought those were both well done. I also liked those BBC productions Blue Planet and Planet Earth, both for the incredible cinematography and for the way that David Attenborough says "A polah beah." And I have a fixation with Mantracker, I saw them filming a chase in the north and since then have wanted to be one of the hunted.

Oh yeah, I forgot Hockey Night in Canada. Can't leave out the classics!

Believe it or not,
George isn't at home.
Please leave a message at the beep.
I must be out, or I'd pick up the phone,
Where could I be?
Believe it or not, I'm not home.

Others include the Daily Show, Tegenlicht, Blue Planet, Planet Earth, Zeg eens AAA (just kidding), Diners, Drive ins and Dives, Band of Brothers, and docus in general.

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
A tale of a fateful trip
That started from this tropic port
Aboard this tiny ship.

The mate was a mighty sailing man,
The skipper brave and sure.
Five passengers set sail that day
For a three hour tour, a three hour tour.

The weather started getting rough,
The tiny ship was tossed,
If not for the courage of the fearless crew
The minnow would be lost, the minnow would be lost.

The ship set ground on the shore of this uncharted desert isle
With Gilligan
The Skipper too,
The millionaire and his wife,
The movie star
The professor and Mary Ann,
Here on Gilligans Isle.

So this is the talel of the castways,
They're here for a long, long time,
They'll have to make the best of things,
It's an uphill climb.

The first mate and the Skipper too,
Will do their very best,
To make the others comfortable,
In the tropic island nest.

No phone, no lights no motor cars,
Not a single luxury,
Like Robinson Crusoe,
As primative as can be.

So join us here each week my freinds,
You're sure to get a smile,
From seven stranded castways,
Here on "Gilligan's Isle."
