Ok Boeing....I slightly resent that your post spurred me to utilise the urban dictionary:D....I feel somewhat sullied as a result. Still not entirely sure about the spinner reference though.

There is a name for the disorder “The Female Athlete Triad,”
Triad disorders are thought to be most common among female athletes in sports or activities which emphasize a lean physique or low body weight, such as gymnastics, swimming, or track and field.

I believe problems develop when body fat % gets under 17% in females. I'm too busy too look it up right now I haven't read the comics this morning

i thought the number was 12 as in the line where they start getting trouble with their period and could affect the ability to give birth later in their lives etc. however i assume that there are some individual differences as well.

I think what we have learned here is that we need more Ukrainian triathletes.
that's what i was thinking. well fit that one. they (ukrainians) all are though, as long as they're young anyway. hopefully we'll see a rush of ukrainians in women's tennis soon.

The world would be a much better place if triathlon never despoiled the great bicycle. If only by the nature of the combination, triathletes are inferior runners, swimmers and cyclists which leads them to cheat and to spread the cheating mentality..

Holy hell... Is there any way that is natural? I rarely see guys that lean, let alone women!

Preparing for the photo shoot, she probably didn't drink water for days, like a lot of fitness models do. Dehydrate yourself and you look leaners, plus, lighting, oil, etc.
Yes, she's lean, but I imagine not quite as lean as she appeared in the video.

I don't even see anything unnatural. She's lean and muscular, but not grossly overdeveloped in any way.

Something that has become apparent over the last 40 years of nutrition, physiology, etc is that an individual's natural leanness begins early. For people who never put on fat when they were 9, it is much easier to keep the fat off when they are 29 or 39.

40 years ago, this kind of definition in women would have seemed a bit freakish, but today we see lots of women who have muscles and muscle definition - and in ordinary life, too, so one can assume a minimum amount of drug aid. Just take a look at photos of women where you can see the abdomen. Today you will see plenty of definition. It has become almost rare to not see at least the dividing center indentation of the abdominals. 30 years ago that was unheard of, and 40 years ago would probably have been considered ugly and freakishly skinny.

Pre-shoot dieting and dehydration, oiling, lighting, were all used in this shoot, and are known techniques, from body-building, of getting the "best" image.
