If Leipheimer and the other geezers at Radio Shack are not on the list then the passport is worthless. They have made a mockery of cycling. Horner is talking about racing another five years? He will be forty-five!

The UCI has Leipheimer's out of this world off-score from 2006. I do not see why they cannot compare it with his current values and demand an explanation.

I assume you're joking there, because history tells us that the only real "conspirators" against Spanish and Italian pro cycling are the Spanish and Italian law enforcement authorities.
