I fail to see how France had anything to do with the Tour of Cali. The reasons AEG cited, as part of the email dump on teamradioshack.com, was the overall team was inexperienced (though they seemed to be quite a solid line-up).

It is pretty easy to tell from his Q&A on ESPN and from the progression in the released emails that this was a long time coming. He clearly feels resentment as being singled out and effectively blackballed. It really seems like a guy who "tried" to do right by those who "enabled" him, and when they ultimately turned their back on him, betraying his loyalty to them and their secrets, it cracked him. So be it.

I have to believe that given Landis' previous style of going full bore with whatever he has undertaken, assisting whatever investigation(s) that might exist, he is savoring every minute of it.
From what I understand the Tour de France promoters have been involved in the organization of the ToC. They are working to make the ToC a big race. From what I understand Floyd has an outstanding warrant in France. That is a big black eye for the promoters of the ToC to have Floyds' team race the ToC. Bahati was very short sighted, Floyd destroyed his team.

Bahati's team was already out of money before Floyd came along. Dr. Kay gave them enough to survive for a few months and try to get into ToC.

All the ASO is doing is helping with TV production and selling TV rights. They have nothing to do with which teams attend. If they did they would want Floyd as it would draw more viewers.

Bingo. That's why Hilton Clarke just bolted for UnitedHealthCare. No money. OUCH was the only cash sponsor, and they just stepped in as late as April 26th as primary financial backer. Bahati Foundation had been struggling to find cash which is why OUCH came on so late in the season.

Remove Landis from the equation and all this would have simply happened 6 weeks ago. Not to say the relationship didn't torpedo any slim hopes Bahati Foundation had for completing the season, but they were broke before OUCH stepped in and they're back to being broke now.

I just hope Rahsaan can regroup and take another shot next season. He is a great guy and the goals of the foundation are noble and outstanding.

Is Floyd going to go on offense and sue Lance for calling him a ***?

Does Floyd have to go on defense and worry about the FDA or IRS turning on him? Is Novitsky automatically on Floyd's side?

Does Floyd have to be prepared to defend EVERY detail and accusation he made in the e-mails or else be sued himself?

Just what is Floyd's case?
What kind of tasks are his lawyers doing?
Sitting with Floyd as he talks to Novitsky...
Sitting with Floyd as he talks to LeMond...
Can Novitsky tape phone conversations like Greg?

Hey, Polish, ever heard of that Polish guy Ryszard Kielpinski, the longtime Postal/Discovery soigneur, and still Lance's soigneur?

Very likely the conduit of PED's. Someone Novitzky will definitely be interested in talking to.;) Should be relatively easy to charge with perjury.

Let's fairly assume then if LA's story is fantasy, then FL's story looks like science fiction. I wouldn't hold your breath looking for much realism anywhere.

This sounds like wishful thinking

Which part of Floyd's story is science fiction? Is it at all shocking that Armstrong doped using methods that were widely used at the time?

The reason LA's story is fantasy is he promised a bunch of emails that supported his extortion accusation and all he provided was a some rambling, disjointed, junk that proved nothing to even the most ardent fanboys

1. I didn't dope.
2. I did test in the past but not when I won.
3. Didn't threaten Lemond.
4. Didn't have anything to do with hacking
5. They convicted an innocent man!!
6. FFF........

It sounds like you've been a victim, in which case your feelings are certainly understandable and warranted. The fact that such feelings are so understandable is why victims don't make these decisions,
