Chinese have had an organized doping regimen for athletes since being number one in Communism meant something. Nobody should be surprised here.
 
If the amount found in his body is correct and he was sanctioned for it, then we are all in trouble.

What if detecting trace amounts of cocaine got you fired or kept you from getting a job? Then you should never touch money.
