I think it won't be a peloton sprint. With how strong WVA is, who has a free role, I wouldn't be surprised if we get MVDP/WVA duo TT and sprint for the win
But how strong is Van Aert really? He was okay in Strade, okay in Tirreno, but not nearly as strong as MVDP, and then in MSR we couldn't really see how he measured up. Let's be honest, he was lucky to get on the podium.

I think he is stronger than last year, which should be enough to win, assuming MVDP is still recovering

Tomorrow should tell us something about that.

Van der Poel went super-deep 2 days ago and will be reluctant to do another long solo. Maybe a sprint from a very small group? His best friend Wout should help him.

I dont think Van der Poel is looking to do another long solo today. Wouldn't be surprised to see a more defensive approach. But Van Aert and Florian Vermeesch will probably go all out attacking.

This is a race I like. In my opinion it is the easiest good race (and the easiest race that should be in the World Tour).
If MvdP wants to win, the logical way should be to escape with guys like Vermeersch or van Aert and win the sprint (unless he wants to go solo again to improve his power record).
