discuss. the 2 rides he did today in the individual pursuit were phenomenal, only his 3rd rides in the ip in competition ever. considering his activeness in the tour of britain, and his junior results, he could end up being a very decent road rider?

Fastest ever non-superman.

Pity it's being dumped from the Olympics.
Oh and don't forget he finished the Tour in his first full pro season, aged just 21.

blackcat said:classy rider. But dont get too enthusiastic. He is no Boasson Hagen nor Cavendish.
But he weighs less that Wiggins, so that can indicate potential power-weight. But he weighs more than Bobridge.
He has ridden probably 20 efforts in the teams over the past 4 years, so he knows very well what is required on the track and over 4 km, and there is a correlation in the two rides. Obviously the teams require a larger anaerobic power threshold and explosivity, being able to spoke the power when you get your nose in the wind, and to start.
Ed Clancy might even be faster than G.
