I really hate that TT on the last stage.
This should be a sprinter stage, would be much better.
A longer TT should be somwhere in the middle of the Giro instead.

With a change like that, you put a sprint stage in Milan and then you put a ITT of 60 kilometers in Falzes or even between the mountain stages of Cortina and Pampeago and it would be much better in my opinion
