It's a big day for Team Sunweb after the really unfortunate loss of Wilco Kelderman.
Expecting Movistar up the road from the first climb. Chad Haga to be the last Sunweb to drop off 3/4 of the way up the last climb. Some minor gc guys up the road with Dumoulin chasing down the last descent to close 15 second gap on Quintana.
Have Sunweb got a team captain on the road? I guess Laurens Ten Dam has a lot of experience but Tom looks pretty confident and knowledgeable himself.

In the States it's practically impossible to watch the Giro (or any race) live if you work a 9 to 5 job...ain't cool.

Same in Europe.

If only the riders could be persuaded to ride up mountain passes and around narrow country lanes in the dark...

Dauphine 2015, stage 6. Attack from 100K out with Dumoulin in the role of Froome loosing, Pinot as Galopin, Zaka as Rui Costa, Thomas as Valverde and Nibali as himself. In that stage Tony Martin was also in the break but dropped at some point, I'll give Bob Jungels his role. Quintana to come home together with Major Tom 2:30 down. One can only dream.

Hmm you can still make it if you work 8-16 which at least in Denmark is pretty normal. But its a lot more complicated in the UK with the time zone.

Obvious breakaway stage. Surely it's time for Canondale and their team of quality stage hunters who bewilderingly never win (they should still be ashamed of their failure to try for the break on stage 4).

Dombromski and Carthy will get their chances in week 3. Today should be for Woods.

I'll dream with you, I don't care who wins (well I do a bit) but I want some agressive racing like in the classics...

Today's story

Had some business to do earlier this morning, and picked a route passing by the bookies to place some bets.
When I got there, I realized what I should've realized after the Etna stage - no easy money for me.
The bookies is closed!

I know exactly what's the deal with the closing and absence of this betting house in my neighbourhood, but it's way over the topic of this thread, so I won't be bothering anymore.

I intended to bet on 7 riders (I think), only one in double digits, everybody else with odds over 100.
