I don't know if we can blame the bike though because it wasn't moving.
Common sense should tell him not to stand still on the road, or were you being sarcastic?

The motorbike was on the side of the road not in the middle of it. The bike was stationary and not moving I mean it could've been easily avoided.
You dont know what your on about

The riders are riding in a pack their vision is seriously impeded by the backside of the riders in front of them. if the bike wants to stop, there was a patch of grass next to the road that hould have been used.

I think it depends on how long the bike has been standing there. If he just pulled over in front of the peloton I do blame the cop, if he has already been standing there all along, then I agree the peloton shares at least part of the blame.

Again Movistar shows that they are team without moral, it's okay they are leading but after the crash the push the pace even further, but okay if that is the only way that loser team can win let them.

Whilst I agree that Movistar are a team with little class, they've not done anything wrong today.

The worst thing about this is that now the Sky riders will probably abandon so they can go to the tdf fresh and make their team there even stronger. This really is a lose-lose situation for cycling fans.

That cop had the whole dirt side of the road to park, why would he even stop there?

What a total brainfart. Stupid people should pay a fine if they want to be around others.

There's another 10 contenders for GC? Movistar has to beat? Because one crashed we stop? What if it was a sprinter instead of the all important Thomas?

The motorbike was on the course. Period. Get off the f'in road if you're stopping. Messed up the whole race and a season goal for several riders in a split second.

Landa out of GC 100% :(

I think he will quit. He looked really bad when Thomas flew by him. He couldn't move on his bike.
Thomas will lose 5 minutes easily at this rate.
Yates will lose serious time as well.
