BMC have just 6 riders, hard to get a result.

and also they surly had to drag maikol rodriguez to the line and they b asiclaly rode with 7 riders here anyway since marco corti is in the team.

Cause 14km will wear them out for the giro?
Surely there are incentives? Spots on the team, wt points, training... I don't see them getting much out of going half-@rsed

did you notice the teams on the startlist? There is only 6 WT teams riding. For them the race is about prep for the Giro. For the non WT teams and those that are not riding the Giro I am sure they will be taking it with a bit more effort.

I thought Astana would do a bit better than that. Sky don't have a very good team for the TTT but I guess Wiggins might have made the difference.
