The video thing whenever there's bad weather or they get high up in the mountains is kind of part of the Giro, but the The timing issues here are ridiculous.

What is Krueziger doing, he should gain time. Missed opportunity.
Looks like Uran and Contador will be isolated for the rest of the racing days

If they catch them, who is the favorite in this kind of stage?

Anyone know where the grupetto is? Short stage, could there be potential issues with the time-cut?
Could be potential issue with the last circuit. Maybe they will be caught by the stage winner?

I hope the organisers have thought about that. Could be dangerous.
How long do you think they'll take to do the circuit? 35 minutes? Probably less than that. Would be interesting to know how far behind the grupetto is.

Spectacular scenery!
It really does look like a stunning place to cycle

Superb !!!!!. Bit different to that shity Tour of California !

Well, it only because the ToC organizers are totally stupid. Californai has some of the most stunning scenery that you can just imagine. Unfortunately they always choose those lame "sponsor cities" and dont care about the scenery

Will be interesting to see what Kreuziger will do at the last climb. Is he allowed to attack? I'm sure Formolo will go, Kreuziger should at least go with him.

Gap coming down @ 4'17".
According to RCS's GPS, which has been terrible all season. I would be suprised if they really pulled back 2 minutes since Termine, but who knows.

I kind of think Astana should stop working now and see what happens...

If they catch the breakaway Aru has the best sprint of the GC contenders.
in a 3 man group perhaps. He's not gonna win if a select 10 rider group hits the finish together

According to TV 2 (in Denmark), this is the peloton right now:
"Kangert, Rosa, Tiralongo, Aru, Landa, Rogers, Contador, Porte, König, Nieve, Caruso, Izagirre, Uran, VDB, Cunego, Niemiec, Trogimov, Geniez, and Herrada."

Hesjedal was trying to chase at about 30 sec behind at the end of the climb, with some team mates.

They passed Mathews fast.

Betancur was there as well.

This

In a scenario of AC, Aru, Porte and Uraon or something coming to the finihs alone, he will win the sprint easily

+

If they stopped pulling, noone else would start, since there are noone else there :p :p
